A summary of the most important principles governing your betpto account
Each individual player may hold only one registered betpto account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. betpto enforces this strictly across all Pakistani player registrations.
All betpto players must be at least 21 years of age. betpto reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance subject to review under applicable regulatory guidelines.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and betpto. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. betpto employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betpto will close all accounts held by the Player and may forfeit any balances across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address. betpto may reject registration applications where the information provided appears incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Changes to personal information must be submitted via betpto's account management section or through betpto customer support.
betpto conducts identity verification checks as part of its regulatory obligations. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time at betpto's discretion. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. betpto reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betpto login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your betpto login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify betpto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. betpto accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that betpto has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
All Wagers placed on the betpto platform are subject to betpto's general betting rules and any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Wager. betpto's betting rules are accessible within the platform and are updated periodically.
A Wager is not confirmed until betpto has issued a confirmed bet receipt within the betpto platform. betpto reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including where: the requested stake exceeds applicable limits; the market has been suspended; betpto identifies system errors; or betpto has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of its platform or pricing.
betpto reserves the right to void any Wager that has been accepted in error, including where odds or game parameters are clearly erroneous (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palpable mistakes"). In such cases, betpto will refund the original stake to the Player's betpto Account. betpto will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such voidance.
Live in-play betting markets on betpto are subject to live data feeds which may experience delays. Wagers accepted during system delays are binding provided betpto was not aware of an outcome-determining event at the time of acceptance. betpto reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice.
All casino and slot games available on the betpto platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and have published RTP (Return to Player) rates. betpto does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, bets in progress at the time of the error will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
betpto accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. betpto does not charge a platform deposit fee; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges for which betpto is not responsible.
Deposits are credited to your betpto Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. betpto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet platforms.
Withdrawals from your betpto Account must be made to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification. betpto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the betpto cashier section.
betpto will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's payment information section. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider's own processing times. betpto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

All betpto Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpto does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than PKR, any conversion is conducted by the payment provider at their applicable rate, for which betpto accepts no responsibility.
Promotional offers and bonuses available on betpto are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions which supplement these Terms. All promotions are available to eligible registered betpto Players only. betpto reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where betpto reasonably suspects abuse.
Bonus Funds credited to your betpto Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook bonuses) are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
betpto prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk mathematical combinations to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes; or providing false personal information to claim a promotion. Where betpto identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, recover any associated winnings, and close the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpto platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
betpto cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where betpto identifies activity that may constitute a criminal offence, it will report such activity to the relevant authorities and provide all requested information in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
betpto reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time without prior notice where betpto has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; identity fraud; bonus abuse; use by an ineligible person; or any other conduct that betpto reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of its platform or its player community.
betpto may permanently close a Player's Account where: the Player has committed a material breach of these Terms; the Account was opened using false information; betpto is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or betpto decides in its sole discretion to cease providing services to the Player. Upon permanent closure for a breach, betpto may retain any funds in the Account as liquidated damages.
You may request closure of your betpto Account at any time by contacting betpto customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpto's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the betpto platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your betpto Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpto shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, even if betpto has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betpto's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by betpto's negligence; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
All content on the betpto platform — including but not limited to the betpto name, logo, trade marks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of betpto or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpto platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betpto content without betpto's prior written consent.
betpto's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by betpto's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a betpto Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and betpto.

These Terms and your use of the betpto platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under betpto's international gaming regulatory framework. In the event of a dispute between you and betpto arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through betpto's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.
